Dr Hanson's Profile

My name is Dr. Hanson. I am a Diplomate of the American Board of Quality Assurance & Utilization Review Physicians. My background includes the University of Southern California (LAC/USC) School of Medicine and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) from which I received a degree in medicine.

During my many years of education I obtained multiple Board Certifications. I am presently certified by the American Board of Quality Assurance & Utilization Review Physicians, Board of Critical Care Medicine, the American Heart Association advanced adult and pediatric life support, et al. I am a current member of the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, and The Society of American Engineers and Scientists. I also received a PhD in Biological Engineering.

I have been a senior medical consultant for the Department of Health and a Professor of Medicine since the early '80's. My medical experience includes provision of medical care for adults and children who are acutely or chronically ill as well as preventive medical care for healthy adults, infants, and children.

For more than 30 years I have been successfully providing specialty medical services for infants, children, and adults. I have the following goals: (1) reduce infant, child, and adult mortality; (2) control infectious diseases; (3) foster healthy lifestyles; and, (4) better the lives of people including those with chronic conditions.
